Will is a Senior Associate at Lewis Silkin LLP and an employment lawyer, helping businesses and individuals to deal with all aspects of UK employment law.

He has a broad range of experience and work with clients from sectors including technology, professional and financial services, manufacturing and engineering. As well as day-to-day HR matters like grievances and disciplinaries, settlement agreements and policy reviews, his work has a strong contentious focus and he has advised on litigation at every level from the Employment Tribunal to the Supreme Court.

In addition to his general employment practice, he has a particular specialism in industrial relations and collective employment matters.

Since joining Lewis Silkin, he has spent time on secondment with a multinational technology company. Prior to that he started his legal career at a leading City law firm, where he trained and practised.
