Lee is a strategic communications and public affairs adviser with more than 30 years’ experience spanning consultancy, corporate affairs, campaigning and the trade union movement.

He advises organisations on political and stakeholder engagement, communications, reputation and organisational change, and designs practical training programmes that strengthen management judgement and capability. His employee relations work focuses on helping organisations navigate change, engage constructively with trade unions and employee representatives, and make better decisions in complex environments.
