Matt Jenkin advises organisations and senior executives on a wide range of UK employment law matters. His approach is focused on providing clear, practical and commercially relevant advice that helps clients find effective solutions to complex workplace issues.

His work includes drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, providing day-to-day HR and employment law support, advising on business reorganisations and TUPE transfers, and assisting with termination arrangements and settlement agreements. He also advises on restrictive covenants, post-termination restrictions and employment law training.

Matt has a particular interest in helping employers protect their businesses from the actions of departing and former employees. This includes drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, ensuring internal policies support those protections, advising on team moves and employee departures, obtaining injunctions and pursuing damages where restrictions have been breached.
