BFI's new website has landed

We are thrilled to announce that our new website is now live. Far from just updating our image to ensure it better reflects the quality of the events we provide, we had a vision to enhance the experience of our attendees - from click, to seat.

Updates to the site include simple search navigation, drop down menus, easy to use contact forms and a dedicated ‘get involved’ page for potential speakers, sponsors and those with suggestions for event topics. More importantly, we have improved the look, structure and usability of our event pages to ensure you can clearly see all the information you need for the conferences and workshops you are interested in. And whether viewing on a mobile, tablet or desktop, the site has a dynamic responsive display which will ensure seamless surfing on every device. Of course, there is also this new blog space. The blog will feature guest articles from our speakers and useful resources to ensure you are kept informed with the latest HR trends and tools.

But it doesn't stop there. Our customers spoke and we listened. You told us we could improve the speed at which you received joining instructions and invoices. With the changes made to the booking system, invoices and joining instructions are now automatically generated and sent to your inbox just after you leave the checkout.

Our new and improved email templates also reflect the move towards quality design. Since the new site is now able to support promotional discount codes, you can receive better discounts, more often.
