Workplace Inclusion
We’ve been creating DEI training that actually works since 2008, back when most people were still figuring out what the letters stood for. We know that building genuinely safe, equitable workplaces is a marathon, not a sprint – and frankly, we also know there’s a lot of well-meaning but pretty useless training floating about in this unregulated space.
Right now, we’re working with organizations where the C-suite have lost their enthusiasm for DEI programmes, workforces are suffering from compassion fatigue, and despite all the good intentions, inequities are still stubbornly there. Add in the complexities of social inequality, neurodiverse teams, and workplace disabilities, and it’s no wonder people are feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Here’s our approach: we tackle DEI through the lens of compliance and professionalism. While lived experience absolutely has its place, much of this training needs specialist legal knowledge, the ability to handle sensitive conversations without making things worse, and the experience to stay fair and non-political when things get contentious. Our trainers share our ethics and ridiculously high standards. Fancy a confidential chat about breathing new life into your DEI programme?
