Every BFI course counts towards your continuing professional development. Some courses are formally accredited, others are CPD eligible - here's the difference, and how to tell which is which.

Flagship courses formally accredited by The CPD Certification Service. You receive a CPD certificate confirming the hours awarded.
All other courses. You receive a certificate of attendance confirming content, duration and learning outcomes – accepted by most professional bodies as evidence of structured learning.
How to tell which is which
Look for the CPD badge on each course page. It shows whether the course is accredited or eligible, and how many hours it carries.
Why it matters
Whether you are with the CIPD, a legal professional body or another membership organisation, a clear record of structured learning is part of maintaining your professional standing. Our certificates are designed to give you that record in a form your body will recognise.
