Do you employ non-EU workers? Are your team complaint in carrying out Right to Work checks? Are you familiar with immigration regulations and the Points Based System? Are you risking your Highly Trusted Sponsor Status or looking to be approved?

Since July 2016, the scope for prosecution and the maximum penalty for employing a worker illegally has been widened. Home office statistics reveal that in just 3 months, illegal working penalties in the UK reached almost £12,000,000 because employers had not made compliance checks.

High levels of skills shortages and a shrinking UK workforce continue to drive the necessity to recruit from outside the UK, however with growing legal complexity and Brexit uncertainty, the pressure to find the right person for the job is mounting.

To remain competitive, It is essential every organisation to have watertight hiring policies in place, a strong understanding of Home Office regulations and the expertise to recruit non-EU candidates quickly, effectively and legally.

Now in its 19th successful year, the conference aims to provide delegates with the latest updates, developments and strategies in vetting non-UK nationals, with expert speakers addressing the complex legal and practical challenges facing UK employers.
