Ian Westwood

Ian Westwood worked at the Home Office from 1993-2003. He was an operational Immigration Officer serving at Heathrow, Gatwick and Dover before being promoted to Chief Immigration Officer based in Croydon. Since then he has set up his own consultancy business, providing training and immigration advice to a variety of corporate
and private clients on the subject of Immigration.
He is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner to provide immigration advice in the UK. Ian’s training credentials include the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s Certificate of Training Practice and the Belbin Team-Role Accreditation.

Sacha Woolridge

Sacha Wooldridge is a UK inbound, corporate immigration solicitor at PwC. She advises large FTSE 100s, mid-size and start-up companies, in the Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Engineering, Aerospace and Defence sectors.  Having read Law at the University of Leeds and completing her LPC at the College of Law, Sacha undertook her training contract with PwC, qualifying into the Immigration department in 2013. Sacha assists with a full diversity of applications under the UK Immigration Rules, including all tiers of the Points Based System, Immigration and Nationality rules and is experienced advising companies on their compliance and global mobility strategies.  Nominated for a We are the City ‘Rising Star’ award in 2015 and listed by CityAM as one of the top 40 influential women in the City, Sacha takes an active role in Government liaison with respect of Immigration policy changes; working closely with stakeholders to represent the interests of Business at Westminster.  Sacha recently project managed the launch of the PwC and London First report; 'London Calling: International students' contribution to Britain's economic growth' and is an active mentor: undertaking reverse mentoring of partners with respect of  PwC's social media strategy and as a careers mentor for law students at the University of Leeds.

I'm Katrina Cooper, an immigration expert with over 25 years experience in the legal industry, 10 of which have been in the immigration arena.

 I've worked with some of the world’s largest companies across all sectors including financial, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, technology, industrial, telecommunications, management consulting and entertainment and sports allowing me to develop a significant and deep understanding of immigration and global mobility issues across numerous jurisdictions.
