Mental Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace

Introduction

Employees are returning to work post-Covid having had their mental health impacted by lockdown, social distancing and long Covid. Additionally, the ongoing uncertainty around Brexit is compounding employee anxiety. Low morale affects staff output and productivity and employers must decide how to manage their post-Covid workplaces with both efficiency and sensitivity.

The programme content can be adapted to meet your specific organisational challenges and training needs. The course runs for approximately 6.5 hours and can be adapted for a briefing or half-day session.

This training programme provides practical strategies for managing traumatised staff and considers which new directives and obligations employers must now consider.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme you will:

  • Understand how your organisation could be triggering mental health issues
  • Be aware of which conditions come under the disabled definition in the Equality Act 2010
