Managing Difficult Conversations
When employees are involved in honest, respectful and real conversations at work, their sense of inclusion and acceptance has a huge impact on staff morale and productivity; yet a fear of such conversations can delay or even prevent them taking place. With cost-of-living crisis beginning to bite it is even more important to learn how to communicate effectively with employees.
The programme content can be adapted to meet your specific organisational challenges and training needs. The course runs for approximately 6.5 hours and can be adapted for a briefing or half-day session.
