I am passionate (some would say slightly obsessed) about improving the world of work for all, by providing specialist advice to Employers and Employees on all aspects of Employment Law and HR including mediation and dispute resolution within the workplace.

I am able to assist businesses with all HR processes from recruitment and drafting contracts through to grievances, disciplinary proceedings and defending a claim in the Employment Tribunal. All advice and assistance provided is tailored to the client's business needs and throughout I keep their objectives at the forefront of any advice I give.

For individuals I can provide any level of advice and assistance that is required with all employment problems. Whether its a full support service or just guidance and reassurance I am able to help.

For businesses I will ensure that they are aware of the commercial consequences and for individuals the effect that it will have on you personally.

As a fully trained workplace mediator I am also able to use these skills to ensure that matters are resolved with minimal stress and where appropriate, without the need to refer to the Tribunal or Court.

It is my goal to provide clear and unstuffy legal advice when it is required and to be on hand to prevent problems from arising.

Specialties: My particular speciality is putting clients at ease throughout what is a very stressful time. I understand that there are factors outside of the legal position that affect decision making and therefore am able to see outside of the black and white lawyers perspective!

I pride myself in taking the stress away from clients and helping them to get on with their normal business, without the legal stuff getting in the way.
