The site is for contractors, freelancers and the self-employed and has become the expert guide to contracting since it was launched in 1999. He is also the author of The Contractors’ Handbook Third Edition and Beat IR35.
Dave Chaplin has lived and breathed contracting since he first took the plunge and became ‘one of the chosen’ in 1997.
