Emiro Mendoza

Emy is a British - Colombian Marketing and Advertising professional with over 10 years’ experience in communications planning, working with global brands both in the UK and Latin America. Emy has made his mission to champion diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organisations he works with. He believes that media and marketing play a pivotal role in educating society and feels he has the duty to help the industry navigate this landscape and ensure the LGBT+ community is represented in a positive way. As part of &PROUD network (Densu Aegis LGBT+ Network) Emy works hard organizing events that not only bring the community together, but challenge and educate. Emy has been talking in industry events recently about 'Pride in advertising', encouraging the industry to think differently about how they approach LGBT+ inclusion in their communications.
