Emma is a Senior Associate Solicitor at Morrisons Solicitors, specialising in employment law and has a solid reputation for her technical knowledge and pragmatic advice.
She advises on a wide range of employment matters including tribunal proceedings, contractual documentation and settlement packages, TUPE, performance management issues and redundancies.
She has developed a specialism in advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and played a key role in deals that have gone on to win awards, including ‘Deal of the Year for transactions under £10m’ at The South East Dealmakers Awards.
She acts for both employer clients and individuals and uses this insight when advising her clients.
