Boasting 25 years of managerial experience across a range of sectors, Nichole is an award-winning mentor, coach, advisor, educator and regular speaker on race equality and inclusion. Commended for her work tackling oppression, aggression and prejudice in the workplace, she is dedicated to rooting out racial injustice and becoming the voice for those who may not have the courage to speak for themselves.
Nichole is Co-Chair of the CIPD EmbRACE race employee resource group, launched in 2017 to encourage conversations about race in the workplace, lead inclusion initiatives and advocate for change. Nichole volunteers as a mentor to support jobseekers and was named 'National Mentor Of The Year' in 2019 for her outstanding work helping more than 30 mentees find employment within 2 years. Nichole became a trustee for the Croydon BME Forum in 2019 where she builds alliances across Croydon communities, organises black history programmes and works with young people to build their self-confidence and embrace their individuality.
Nichole is a sought-after expert and speaker at events which focus on racism and the uncomfortable truths that surround it. Through her unique ability to tell stories in a direct, jargon-free tone, Nichole wins over audiences and organisations – encouraging everyone to take responsibility and action for diversity and inclusion.
