Terms and conditions

Cancellations received in writing up to 1 month before the event will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of £100+VAT. Change of delegate(s) can be made at any time without charge. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no extra cost. All correspondence must be sent to or by registered post to Registrations Dept, Business Forums International Ltd, Unit B12 Whitecross Business Centre, Whitecross Lane, Shanklin, PO37 7EJ.

Business Forums International Ltd reserves the right to alter the program content or speakers up until and during an event due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event.
