Lydia is Chief People Officer at the Welsh Rugby Union, where she leads the People & Culture, Corporate Governance and Strategic Delivery functions. With more than 20 years' experience in HR and five years in executive people leadership, Lydia has built her career across engineering, Formula One and elite sport, having previously worked for Arup and the McLaren Formula 1 Team.

She is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel they belong and can perform at their best, combining a practical approach with a strong belief that culture and leadership are at the heart of organisational success.
