Mariska is a Senior Manager in BDO’s Global Employer Services team. She has 20 years’ experience advising and supporting employers on a broad range of employment tax matters such as HMRC enquiries and settlements, PAYE/NIC compliance, employee expenses and benefits matters including salary exchange/optional remuneration arrangements, annual employer reporting including PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) and P11D returns, termination payments, Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) work, and engagements with off-payroll labour.​
