Recognising and working with trade unions for employers
Recognising and working with trade unions webinar for employers
Time: 11:00 - 11:30 | FREE
When: Thursday 22nd May
The perfect storm of the Employment Rights Bill (which amplifies union powers), post-Covid concerted membership drives, union targeting of new industries and regions and growing unrest over job security, means many employers are being forced to recognise unions in the organisations for the first time.
This can mean increased risks of industrial action, the need for more and complex negotiations and the potential for overall costs increases to meet new employee benefit demands.
Maintaining good relations and a fair and balanced workplace environment requires employers to be proactive in both managing employee relations and adapting to new regulations.
This intensive half-hour webinar looks at the ley issues from an employers perspective, delivering insights and solutions from our experts.
