IR35 Post-Implementation Compliance for Employers
On April 6th 2021, the most seismic change to employment law in decades took place in the UK. Yet a recent survey discovered 52% of those affected had yet have their status assessed; meanwhile, 98% of contractors stated they would avoid working on contracts that placed them inside IR35 - no employer can afford to lose that many staff by being unprepared.
