Workplaces in 2025 are increasingly under scrutiny from a range of parties; employers need to demonstrate the culture promotes respect, inclusion and safety.
Substance abuse at work can cause real issues, ranging from accidents, absenteeism, high turnover and violence, injuries, decreased productivity and a reputation for allowing a toxic work environment.
Employers are increasingly exploring workplace drug testing to maintain safety and compliance for employees and colleagues alike, but the legal, ethical and sheer range of testing methods can be overwhelming. We'll simplify things and answer all your questions in the special extended webinar.
We are accepting questions before and during the broadcast. Please send your questions to elizabeth.smith@bfi.co.uk.
