Artificial Intelligence for HR

AI for HR: Key strategies for safe and smart adoption

Time: 11:00 - 12:00 | FREE

When: Thursday, 30th January '25

LinkedIn Live:

Our AI for HR webinar last year attracted over 1,000 attendees, eager to understand the potential of this new technology. Since then, AI’s transformative influence remains strong, but what HR truly needs is a toolbox to practically and legally leverage the opportunities AI brings to the profession.

This free webinar will help you avoid costly mistakes. We will highlight how AI can be HR’s most powerful ally, what can and should be embraced, and where caution is necessary. We’ll explore which tasks can be automated and how. We’ll explain how AI can enhance your recruitment capabilities and where challenges may arise. We’ll also examine the vast potential for data-driven decision-making, how to eliminate bias, and how AI can maximise employee satisfaction and retention.

“AI … is going to happen faster and harder than HR people are ready for.” — Laurence Collins, Director of People and HR Analytics, Deloitte

From onboarding to retirement, come and learn how to choose the best partner, understand your vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them, and cut through the tech jargon to hear real-life examples of AI working with and for HR in the most successful—and unexpected—ways.
