Andrea Ryland is an experienced, senior human resources professional and worked for over 20 years with Rolls-Royce plc prior to starting her own coaching, consultancy and training business in 2001. She has a participative leadership style and a track record of achieving results through the involvement and commitment of people.
Andrea has expertise in facilitation, coaching and in the leadership of change. She is a Senior Associate of IPA and has worked with many organisations in all sectors, from family firms to blue chip multinationals. Clients include Welsh Government, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Barclays, Hft, Sanctuary Housing Group, Alastair Sawday Publishing, Saint Gobain and Bailey of Bristol.
As a trainer:
- Delivering workshops which equip leaders and trade union representatives to develop in the role, to deal with difficult people issues effectively and gain greater commitment from their team members
- Providing tools and techniques to build more effective working relationships and more emotionally intelligent leadership.
- Coaching participants to develop the tools and skills to make Social Partnership working happen
