Carolina is the Training Manager at Advocacy Focus. She specialises in supporting the creation of happier and healthier workplaces, through the delivery of evidence-based and action-focused training solutions.
Carolina has worked with community groups, charities, public and private sector organisations of different sizes to assess their wellbeing needs and by tailoring training and support packages has supported the implementation of impactful mental health and wellbeing, and menopause initiatives.
Carolina is a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor and an advocate for accessible mental health care, especially dedicated to having mental health conversations and increasing awareness of poor mental health within marginalised communities. Carolina is the host of Advocacy Focus’ own podcast, FocusAF, which aims to increase awareness of a wide range of advocacy and mental health topics through an informal conversational format with experts in the sector.
Managing all aspects of training for the charity, the training delivered by Carolina funds vital community services in Lancashire, Trafford, and St Helens where Advocacy Focus support children, young people, and adults in all aspects of health and social care.
