Chloe Carrubba is the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Lead at Reach South Academy Trust, where she is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment for all students. With a background in teaching and educational leadership, Chloe has a passion for promoting diversity in education and ensuring that every learner feels valued and supported.
Chloe has extensive experience in implementing inclusive practices across various educational settings. She works closely with teachers and school leaders to develop and execute strategies that promote a sense of belonging for all students, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Her role involves providing training and support for staff, collaborating with community organisations, and engaging with families to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within schools.
In addition to her work at Reach South, Chloe is actively involved in educational research, focusing on social policy issues and their impact on education. She is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion in shaping a better future for students and communities alike.
Chloe is currently pursuing a postgraduate MA in Social Policy, specifically addressing issues related to violence against women and girls. Through her efforts, she aims to create transformative change within the education system and empower the next generation to thrive in a diverse and inclusive society.
