Chris James is a chartered accountant with a background in audit and due diligence, who heads JSA Group's Limited company service division. Chris is responsible for the training and development of a team of more than fifty employees, and also provides management training across the UK group. Chris writes and speaks on IR35 and off payroll, as well as practice management, integration, technology and due diligence. Chris also serves on the Board of the FCSA, and last year was elected Chairman. In his work with the FCSA Chris meets regularly with HMRC, the Treasury and BEIS, on regulation in the flexible workforce sector, as well as the nuts and bolts of ever-changing tax legislation.
