Claire has been with Nationwide since 2003 and spent the first 8 years of her career working in Operational Risk roles across Nationwide supporting the Retail Branch Network, Back office operations and then HR. Claire moved into Resourcing in 2012 where she led the Strategy & Specialist Services Team before moving into her current role, Head of Workforce Supply Management in July 2017.
Part of the Resourcing Leadership Team, Claire is accountable for Nationwide’s Contingent Workforce implementing and managing an effective supply chain, ensuring appropriate controls are applied and that there is the right level of visibility and reporting. This is a brand new role for the Society and has been implemented as part of a key focus for the Society on its Contingent Workforce.
A member of Nationwide’s Rising Star programme, Claire has been a finalist for Nationwide’s Employee of the year three times in 2012, 2014 and 2017. In November 2016, Claire won the UK In House Recruitment Manager of the year award at the In House Recruitment Network Awards.
