Funke Sadare is a CIPD qualified and experienced Senior HR Professional with operational and strategic HR experience complemented with strong commercial awareness. She is the HR Director of Global University Systems, UK and has been with the company for four years. Funke’s experience spans over 16 years from various sectors.
She has led and delivered several HR Projects and Solutions ranging from: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Projects, , Employee Engagement Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Reorganisation, Performance and Talent Management.
She is passionate about mentoring women to reach their full potentials within the workplace. In addition to being a career driven professional, Funke is married and is the mother of two boys.
