HR Professional (FCIPD) and Management Consultant (CMC) - Jacquie Findlay
A Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Member of Institute of Consulting has worked in various organisations over the years and had a variety of engagements with unions. She has worked on setting up European Works Councils for organisations as well as dealing with all levels of negotiations including global pay.
Enjoying working on helping organisations solve industrial and employee relation problems, Jacquie has both executive and non executive experience. She is currently a Trustee of a charity and coaches senior executives.
