Jade Campbell is a Compliance Team Leader at Momenta Group, where she has worked since 2017 after earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Starting out as their receptionist, Momenta quickly progressed Jade through various roles and into to her current leadership position, which she has held for over five years.

Jade leads a team of experienced Compliance Analysts responsible for conducting thorough pre-employment screening for candidates applying to these industries. Her team ensures all candidates are meticulously vetted before placement, mitigating risks and helping to establish trusted relationships with clients. Screening checks are tailored to each client’s needs and may include right-to-work verification, referencing, sanctions screening, DBS, financial probity, CIFAS, social media, and journalism checks.
With over seven years in compliance, Jade has witnessed the evolution of hiring fraud, particularly in the post-pandemic landscape. She has taken a keen interest in emerging fraud trends such as reference housing and dual employment, frequently engaging with industry peers to discuss challenges and mitigation strategies. Through these insights, Jade and her team have successfully implemented processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring their clients remain protected.
