James joined Danbro in 2016 to lead the Workforce Solutions Division, providing payroll, employment and self-employment solutions to the temporary labour market.
He has a first-class degree in Mathematics, an Executive MBA and a diverse background, from running start-up businesses to leading global change programmes in blue-chip companies.
James set up his own PSC in 2013, offering strategic consultancy services to the construction and oil and gas industries. He specialised his offering in the analysis, design and delivery of organisational change projects.
Through this experience he developed a strong network of fellow independent professionals and took on a wide variety of projects. He also learnt first-hand about some of the intricacies and challenges within the temporary labour market, standing him in good stead to help influence future developments in the sector.
