Employment lawyer, Jane Mann
I am a partner in Fox Williams' employment team with significant experience advising employers, partnerships, senior executives and partners on the full range of employment and partnership law issues.
My work involves advising on hard to solve employment/partnership problems, severance negotiations, strategic employment issues, behind the scenes dispute resolution and litigation. I am recognised as a leading practitioner in Chambers UK for advising senior executives and I’m listed in the Hall of Fame in the Legal 500 for my representation of employers.
As part of the Fox Williams employment law group, I specialise in finding commercial and pragmatic solutions to difficult issues and my advice is often sought by companies and senior individuals alike who value excellent judgement, experience and commercial acumen, especially where reputations are at stake. Over the past year I have amongst other things been advising clients on a range of critical Covid related employment issues, such as health and safety measures, ill health and flexible working.
As well as drawing upon my extensive experience in employment and partnership law, I also have a significant understanding of the business challenges faced by entrepreneurs and growth companies having been, for 20 years, a key member of the management team that developed Fox Williams from being a start up to the highly reputable City law firm that it is today.
