Over the course of her career she has led cultural transformations during times of company growth.
At Julius Rutherfoord, a bespoke commercial cleaning company, she led a multifaceted Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy; collaborated with the wider HR team, and partnered with stakeholders to implement targets, initiatives, and training, resulting in 30% increase in female leadership, and 66% of employees recognising improved inclusivity. Developing this strategy, and taking the time and gathering data to understand the challenges facing employees, she led the company to win a place in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces EMEA 2023.
Marian has also lead company values change programmes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and boosting employee engagement, a topic she is passionate about and brings great expertise.
