Joining Qdos from a contractor accountancy firm and with a background in financial services, Nicole was as Head of Operations until 2018 when appointed to Operations Director. With her extensive experience in the contractor market, Nicole has extensive experience in the contractor market, specialising in IR35 reform in both the public sector and private sector.
