Ori is a dynamic leader and strategist with a passion for human rights, sustainable development and innovation. As Managing Director at INvolve, she leads a motivated internal team and oversees INvolve’s network of over 80 corporate members, helping them to drive cultural change and create more inclusive workplaces. She is passionate about progressing the inclusion agenda for women, ethnic minorities and the LGBT+ community.
Ori’s professional background is in business strategy, stakeholder engagement and programme management. During her career she has enjoyed impactful roles within the global energy sector, the investment sector and management consulting. She has pioneered a number of successful initiatives focused on gender diversity and leadership development including women’s networks and global engagement programmes for aspiring future leaders.
In her spare time, Ori enjoys adventure travel and is a keen aerialist, training in silks and static trapeze.
