Sally is a recruitment professional with a breadth of recruitment experience (over 13 years) in agency, local authority, corporate and NHS settings.
She has managed operational teams of varying sizes as well as strategic development of policy and implementing process efficiencies. She is proud to have contributed to the NHS response to covid and the vaccination program.
She has in depth experience of balancing the conflicting challenges of recruiting in an ever-complex world and with the evolution of a global workforce. The risks to be wary of and the huge potential benefits of a diverse organisation. She has been sponsoring and supporting candidates for visas for the last 10 years.
Sally is passionate about recruitment as an integral part of all organisation and always aims to support the wider organisation in it’s goals through collaboration, pragmatism and customer service ethos. She is driven by a sense of purpose- making a difference in the organisation, and by extension the wider community.
Her belief is that lifelong learning keeps the world interesting: new insights, perspectives, trends and opportunities to develop skills are key to keeping engaged with her career.
