Susie is a co-founder of Security Watchdog when it was formed in 1998 with her father and brother.
Supported by a dynamic leadership team, she is today responsible for managing the largest employment screening organisation in Europe with over 250 employees.
Coming from a background in risk management with over 30 years’ experience, she is a recognised influencer in the world of employment screening and was a key driver in updating the British Standard in security screening to become the ‘fit for purpose’ Code of Practice it is today.
Susie is a strong believer in the provision of ‘best in class’ customer service and the originator of Security Watchdog’s key value phrase of providing ‘Delight through Excellence’
