Senior Associate, Alistair Hayes
Alastair joined Lewis Silkin as an Associate in 2020 having previously worked in the employment law team of an international law firm.
He has experience advising employers and individuals on the full range of employment legal issues but with particular experience advising employers in relation to complex litigation and multi-jurisdictional projects.
At Lewis Silkin, his area of specialism focuses on acting for employers in relation to restrictive covenant breaches, team moves and breaches of confidentiality. He works with clients in a broad range of industries but most commonly those working in financial services.
