Andrew is part of PwC’s Workforce, Strategy and Culture team where he leads the Leadership & Upskilling Practice. A seasoned leadership and talent professional, Andrew brings 15+ years experience innovating the transformation of organisations and their talent.
Andrew has a track record in the consulting world, having worked in senior positions at three leading consultancies, as well as having run his own business specialising in the tech sector with high growth startups. As a result, he’s worked across public and private sectors in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.
Andrew has a Master of Science in Industrial / Organisational Psychology as well as numerous certifications in assessment, development and innovation tools and practices.
